Few of us have the time, money or confidence to leave our jobs and start a consultancy. I know I didn’t. I did spend some time dreaming, drafting, aaaaand abandoning that cart.

The truth is, I AM a hustler. A doer who can’t sit still. Far too often I have fallen into the trap of hustle culture’s gurus shouting “this is the right way”.

When I tell colleagues I’ve had my fifth child, I feel like I’ve been found out.
