Template Transfers

When you purchase a Squarespace Website Template from Furrow & Forge Marketing, you’ll receive a transfer invitation to accept the template into your own Squarespace account. Please note:

Templates are delivered as new websites and cannot be added to an existing site unless you request Site Setup as an Add-on service.

Transfers are typically sent within 24-48 hours of purchase. If it’s been more than 48 hours—our sincere apologies! Please reach out to us at hello@furrowandforge.com and we’ll make it right.

Once the template has been transferred to your account, ownership is fully yours. That means:

★ You are responsible for customizing, editing, and maintaining the site ★

★ We cannot reverse accidental changes you make within your own site ★

Template Access

Each template purchase includes one template transfer only.

If you let your free Squarespace trial expire before upgrading to a paid plan and your site is deleted by Squarespace, you will need to repurchase the template for us to resend it.

If you want your template resent due to accidental deletion or changes, a new purchase is required.

Refund Policy

Because all template products are delivered digitally with instant access to files and resources, all sales are final. Templates cannot be returned or refunded. We encourage you to:

★ Read the FAQs and requirements to ensure Squarespace is the right fit for your needs ★

★ Contact us with any questions prior to purchase at hello@furrowandforge.com ★

Support Policy

We’re here to support you with issues related to the template transfer, PDF guide download, technical issues with your template, and questions about accessing the tutorial library and content workbook. You have 30 days to request support via email at hello@furrowandforge.com. We respond within 2 business days (Mon–Fri).

We do not provide support for general Squarespace platform questions unrelated to your template, custom code modifications, advanced design changes, or third-party software or integrations.

Site Setup Policy

If you purchase an optional Site Setup Package, we’ll transfer your chosen template directly into your existing Squarespace site and move everything from your old site into the new one within 4 business days. You can also provide site copy at this time (in a single document) and up to 15 images which we will also move over into the new template.

Installs are usually completed within 2-4 days, though this may vary. Once installed, the template is yours to edit and maintain. While we take care not to disturb your existing content, we cannot be held responsible for any glitches or issues that may occur during the install process.

Furrow & Forge reserves the right to decline or cancel an installation order. If this occurs, the install fee will be refunded in full. Please note: the template purchase itself is non-refundable.

Copyright & Licensing Policy

Each Squarespace Website Template purchase includes a single-use license, valid for one project/website only. If you wish to use the same template for another website or client, you must purchase an additional license.

Templates may not be resold, shared, or claimed as your own design. If you’re a designer using a template on behalf of a client, you may not present or promote the template as your original work.

Any demo images included in the template are for demonstration only and remain copyrighted by their original creators (though most are free stock from SquareSpace or Unsplash). You must replace any copyrighted images with your own licensed photography.

The design is copyrighted Furrow and Forge Marketing and we own the rights to all designs and files included in your purchase and design. Your completed website design may be used in our template showcase, sales pages or on our social media for demonstration and promotion purposes.

Additional Notes

A paid Squarespace subscription is required to launch your site.

Canva or Photoshop may be needed for certain design assets if noted in each template’s description.

Template resources (tutorials, content workbook) are included with purchase. Access is non-transferable and the content is copyright. You have lifetime access to your template and resources, but we cannot guarantee lifetime updates if Squarespace retires or changes its platform features.
